Authenticity of ratings

We offer two ways to submit customer reviews.

Our company collects general store reviews via the independent service provider SHOPVOTE reviews. SHOPVOTE uses automatic and manual measures to verify ratings. Information about the authenticity of customer reviews on SHOPVOTE can be found here.

A review of product ratings takes place as follows:
We check reviews on our products before they are published. Each review is individually checked to see if it was made by a consumer who actually purchased the goods or services from us. An activation takes place after 24 hours at the earliest. If we can not verify this, a specific notice appears with each published review.
